What happens if the recipient is not home?
It is our policy to attempt to deliver to a neighbour and leave a note through the recipient’s letter box. If this is not possible we will return the item to the shop and leave a message card to that effect. We are happy to offer the option of am or pm delivery and all funeral orders will be delivered two hours before the funeral time. However, we are unable to guarantee set delivery times.
How secure are my credit / debit card details over the phone?
No electronic details of your card details are are kept whatsoever! We enter your details on a regular instore PDQ machine as a “customer not present” transaction.
