My name is ********** from the United States.  I have used your florist for years to send floral arrangements to my dear elderly cousins in Christchurch.  Each and every time I call to order a floral arrangement, you are incredibly gracious taking and processing my order via telephone.  Each time my cousins, Rachel and Ian, are over the moon with the arrangements you prepare and deliver to them - and this Christmas was no exception.  I called Christmas Week and ordered an arrangement and, as always, you were lovely on the phone with me and delivered an exceptionally beautiful arrangement to Rachel and Ian.
