My name is ********** from the United States.  I have used your florist for years to send floral arrangements to my dear elderly cousins in Christchurch.  Each and every time I call to order a floral arrangement, you are incredibly gracious taking and processing my order via telephone.  Each time my cousins, Rachel and Ian, are over the moon with the arrangements you prepare and deliver to them - and this Christmas was no exception.  I called Christmas Week and ordered an arrangement and, as always, you were lovely on the phone with me and delivered an exceptionally beautiful arrangement to Rachel and Ian. 

I realized that I have never followed up with you to say "thank you", so please accept my thanks and praise for years of wonderful customer service and products.  Your community is incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful local florist.

I just want to thank you for the wonderful flowers you did for my late husband John's funeral. They were superb and I have taken some to put on our late son Chris's grave at Jumpers this morning as well as keeping some at home for me to see.
